Update 7/12/2009

Sunday, July 12th, 2009

Just a quick site update. It appears that Internet Explorer is not loading my website correctly. I do apologize for this, though it’s not my fault! It could be wordpress or maybe just IE. Whatever the case, you can always us an alternative browser like Safari or Firefox.

Also, my original plan to continue my video blog has been suspended for now. Mostly due to laziness and school. I’m also going to blame the temperatures out here in California too, somehow that’s involved.

Anyway, if you are having trouble viewing my website just try one of the links above to download a different browser.

We All Are America!

Saturday, July 4th, 2009

Yes, the title speaks truth(unless your not from North or South America. Sorry, its really only a technicality).

It’s the 4th of July today, in case you didn’t notice, which means it’s the USA’s birthday today. I like to think that our founding fathers would be slightly happy with the way things have turned out. I say slightly, because there probably would be quite a bit of things they would complain about. Who knows? Nobody does, thankfully, because today is the most important day for America. There are many nations out there that have their own Independence Day. Many cultures have had to stand up and say we ain’t gonna take it anymore! Course some had better diction then I just displayed. In fact, unless I’m mistaken, North American is chalk full of nations that decided to, “stick it to the man!” Canada, Mexico, and the USA are like brothers and sisters. Or, actually maybe more like cousins. Well, whatever, we are a melting pot or at least heading in that direction.

I like this holiday mostly because it reminds me of freedom and what we aspire to as a nation. Are we perfect? Heck no, but we sure try. We may make some mistakes here and there but we are a giving nation. We really do want to help make the world a better place and that’s what I love about this country the most. All I ask America is try not to blow yourself up with fireworks tonight. We still need you to vote, server on a jury, and pay taxes.
